William T. Jorden, Esq.
Bill Jorden's more than thirty-four (34) years experience as a trial lawyer, has established him as an outstanding advocate in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as criminal defense and commercial litigation.
During his career as a successful trial attorney, Mr. Jorden has championed the cause of the individual against insurance companies of large national corporations and the government. Attorney Jorden represented Vietnam Veterans suffering from multiple diseases because of their exposure to Agent Orange. Bill Jorden fought for Vietnam Veterans and filed class action law suits in Pittsburgh and Erie, Pennsylvania against the chemical companies who manufactured Agent Orange.
In 1993, Attorney Jorden served as President of the Crawford County Bar Association. Attorney Jorden has served on the Board of Directors of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association since 1985. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Crawford County Bar Association.
Today, Attorney Jorden continues to fight for those who have suffered injury, illness or death as a result of defective products, or the negligent and intentional actions of large corporations or the individuals who run them. Attorney Jorden has lectured extensively concerning matters involving personal injury litigation and trials.
Attorney Jorden is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA 1966) and Duquesne University School of Law (JD 1969).
Harry Faber White, II, Esq.
Harry White has been an attorney for twenty-five (25) years. His first job was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Walker and the Honorable P. Richard Thomas, the two Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County.
Since 1981, Mr. White has been in private practice with Mr. Jorden. Mr. White has been involved in literally thousands of cases involving zoning, commercial litigation, oil and gas law, criminal law and personal injury law. There are thousands of satisfied clients who can attest to his skill and devotion.
Attorney White is a long term member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Crawford County Bar Association.
Attorney White is a graduate of the Westtown School; Allegheny College (BA, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1976); and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, (JD 1979).
Attorney White is a Charter Member of the Northwest Pennsylvania Woodland Owners Association, since 1998, and is very familiar with timber, oil and gas, and agricultural related issues.
