PRODUCT LIABILITY

Product Liability is also referred to as strict liability. The manufacturer of a product is liable for personal injury or death caused to an individual because of a defect in the product. A product is defective if it lacks any element necessary to make it safer for its intended use, or contain any condition that made it unsafe for its intended use. We, at Jorden and White, have represented individuals who are injured because products they were using did not possess proper warnings or guards, or the product failed or broke because of material failure or improper design. The victims of product failure often times suffer horrific and disabling injuries.

Bill Jorden and Harry White are experienced in prosecuting such cases for individuals who have been victimized by defective products.
