Bill Jorden

Attorney William T. Jorden

Bill Jorden’s more than 40 years’ experience as a Pennsylvania trial lawyer has established him as an outstanding advocate in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as criminal defense and commercial litigation.

During his career as a successful trial attorney, Mr. Jorden has championed the cause of the individual against insurance companies of large national corporations and the government. Attorney Jorden represented Vietnam Veterans suffering from multiple diseases because of their exposure to Agent Orange. Bill Jorden fought for Vietnam Veterans and filed class action law suits in Pittsburgh and Erie, Pennsylvania against the chemical companies who manufactured Agent Orange.

In 1993, Attorney Jorden served as President of the Crawford County Bar Association. Attorney Jorden has served on the Board of Directors of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association since 1985. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Crawford County Bar Association.

Today, Attorney Jorden continues to fight for those who have suffered personal injury, illness or death as a result of defective products, or the negligent and intentional actions of large corporations or the individuals who run them. Attorney Jorden has lectured extensively concerning matters involving personal injury litigation and trials.

Attorney Jorden is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BA 1966) and Duquesne University School of Law (JD 1969).

Attorney Harry WhiteAttorney Harry F. White, II

Harry Faber White, II, Esquire is a Partner of the Jorden & White Law Firm, which has been in existence in Meadville, Pennsylvania since 1981.

He has extensive experience in general civil, criminal, and DUI litigation, wills and estates, real estate, business organization, and transactional law.  His practice includes special emphasis on matters involving natural resources, oil and gas, and timber rights.  Attorney White regularly certifies title to oil and gas rights for producers interested in drilling in Crawford and surrounding Northwest Pennsylvania counties.

Attorney White is a Cum Lade graduate of Allegheny College and of the University of Pittsburgh Law School.  From 1979 to 1981, he served as clerk to the President Judge of Crawford County, Pennsylvania.  From 1981 to present he has been a Partner in the Jorden & White Law Firm.

Matthew JordenAttorney Matthew B. Jorden

Matt Jorden is fast gaining a reputation as a formidable young Pennsylvania trial attorney and a rising star at the Jorden & White Law Firm.  Since joining the firm in 2008, Matt has played a key role in successfully taking on big corporations and the government in civil rights, personal injury, wrongful death, industrial accidents, oil and gas field accidents, scuba diving and other cases.  Matt is fully engaged in the fight to bring full justice for our clients who have suffered injury and death and to preserve the rights to justice for all Pennsylvanians.  Matt Jorden is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  Through affiliations, he is in a position to represent clients in other Federal and State Courts throughout the United States.

Matt Jorden is a sixth generation Western Pennsylvanian, Crawford County native.  After graduating from Meadville Area Senior High and Allegheny College, Matt worked as a scuba diving instructor and first mate on a commercial dive boat in the Florida Keys.  Inspired by the positive and life altering change in people’s lives brought about by attorneys, Matt chose to leave the sunshine and blue waters of the Keys to attend law school.  Matt received his Jurist Doctor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 2008.  While in law school, Matt served as an Associate Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law.  He also served as a Grade Appeals Magistrate.  During this same time, he worked with the UAW GM Legal Services providing legal representation to auto workers and their families.  He officially joined the Jorden & White Law Firm in 2008 and has been fighting for the rights of individuals ever since.
